We ship to all of the USA
Rates and shipping times for non-perishable items.
Orders for non-perishable items have a variable rate that will be determined at checkout. Shipping times depend on the chosen courier service during checkout.
Shipping for refrigerated, frozen, and perishable items
Orders containing perishable items (whether frozen or refrigerated) will only be shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Orders placed from Tuesday after 3 p.m. EST until Sunday containing these products will be shipped at the beginning of the following week unless we believe there is a high probability of them arriving before the weekend (as we want to avoid them being in transit over the weekend).
We use coolers with dry ice to keep the order cold (there may not be ice when you open the package, but everything will be refrigerated).
Shipping rates for perishable products will be dynamically calculated based on the quantity of items, their volume, and weight.
Items that can melt / Chocolates:
From May to September, in most cases, we will only ship orders containing melt-prone products (such as chocolates) at the beginning of the week to reduce transit time and exposure to heat. Orders placed from Tuesday after 3 p.m. EST until Friday containing these products will be shipped at the beginning of the following week, unless we believe there is a high probability of them arriving before the weekend. We may, at our discretion, split orders containing a majority of non-melting products into two packages in order to send the non-melting items sooner.
Pick Up in Miami:
Pickup is available free of charge at our location at 8187 Northwest 74th Avenue, Medley FL, from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. You can call us at (786) 675-5278 to coordinate the pickup.
